The May 2024 California Reflections Homeowners Association newsletter shares some important updates and reminders for our community:
Street Repairs:
The final phase of asphalt crack fill repairs has been completed throughout the community.
A street slurry project is being scheduled for this summer to extend the lifespan of the asphalt. Notices will be sent out soon with dates, times, and a map of affected streets.
Speeding Concerns:
Several homeowners have reported issues with speeding in the community.
The HOA is considering installing speed bumps in high-traffic areas where speeding is more likely to occur.
Residents are encouraged to provide feedback on this proposal through the community website.
Going Paperless:
To minimize mailing costs, the HOA encourages residents to opt-in to paperless communications.
The opt-in form can be found on the community website and management portal.
Rules Reminders:
Drive carefully and observe the 15 mph speed limit.
Keep trash receptacles out of view between scheduled pickups.
Maintain the exterior of your home and landscaping.
Be mindful of children playing in the streets, especially in the summer months.
Do not block traffic with children's play equipment.
Monthly Board Meetings:
Board of Directors meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6pm.
Meetings take place at Aliso Viejo Ranch and via Zoom. Dates are posted on the website, newsletters, and community bulletin board.
Meeting agendas are posted the Friday before each meeting.
Online Payments:
HOA dues can be paid online through the Common Interests portal.
Homeowners can view accounts, make payments, enroll in autopay, and see events/notices.
Please see the full May newsletter for more details on these updates and announcements. As always, feel free to contact the HOA with any questions or concerns.
